Hello & Welcome!
Welcome all Con-Eddies to our first ever CESA Blog Page! The Queen's-Trent Concurrent Education Program is a very special program as it is the first Concurrent Education Program in Ontario and this upcoming year will be our 40th anniversary! This is my 4th year of being on the CESA executive. I started off on the CESA executive as the junior social rep, then the senior social rep, vice president, and now for my final year as President. Every year of being on CESA I have seen bigger and better events and I cannot wait to see what is in store for next year! This September we are even having our first ever Con-Ed ISW day to try and build a stronger sense of community within Concurrent Education! I hope to see everyone at events throughout the year and showing everyone that it is Better in B.Ed!!

Our Purpose:
The Queen's-Trent Concurrent Education Student Association is a body of students dedicated to promoting professional development and social cohesiveness in its members. The CESA Executive, which is a group of 16 students - each with a specific job/role - are elected by all those enrolled in the program. The CESA Executive will meet each month throughout the school year with three main goals in mind:
1. The CESA Executive is dedicated to providing opportunities for Professional Development to the CESA Membership.
2. The CESA Executive is devoted to community outreach projects in both the Trent and Peterborough community.
3. The CESA Executive is committed to creating a sense of community among the Members of CESA.
Meetings are open to all in the program, as being enrolled in Queen's-Trent Concurrent Education automatically makes one a member at large.
Below you can find a copy of the CESA Constitution outlining our goals, the specific role/jobs of the elected members, and an outline how executive meetings are to work.
