The basis of the talk stems from one brief conversation with a colleague: "They don't pay me to like the kids." Her response: "Kids don't learn from people they don't like.

There's A Part 2?!
Sir. Ken Robinson's TedTalk on how schools "kill creativity" has been seen by almost everyone in world of education, and you can watch it again by clicking here. But now he's come out with a second and just as interesting TedTalk calling for a radical shift from the standardized school to personal learning. There will be a blog within the coming months about an amazing new program that is going to be starting its second year in September that radically changes the idea of the modern day classroom.
